Because of this, I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, or missed appointments, are not eligible for refunds. However, in cases of emergencies, I offer a one-time rescheduling at no extra cost. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to help cover the costs and time committed to each appointment as a solo operator.
